ScrollThe Founder
George Ndah Academy (GNA) was founded by former professional footballer George Ndah, whose vision is to provide aspiring young footballers with the opportunity to develop in a professional, challenging and inspiring environment.
George enjoyed a distinguished 14-year professional career, playing for Crystal Palace in both the Premier League and the Championship, before representing Swindon Town and Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Championship, and AFC Bournemouth and Gillingham in League One. Throughout his career, he trained and competed alongside some of the game's top players, managers and coaches, gaining first-hand knowledge of the standards, mentality and professionalism required to succeed at the highest level.
Following his playing career, George became the Director of a football agency, representing players competing in the Premier League and throughout the English Football League (EFL). During this time, he successfully negotiated and facilitated the transfers of numerous professional footballers between clubs, working closely with managers, sporting directors, scouts and club executives. This experience provided him with a unique understanding of the professional game from both a player's and a club's perspective, while allowing him to build an extensive network of trusted contacts throughout the football industry.
At GNA, every child is welcome, regardless of their current ability, experience or ambition. Whether your child dreams of playing professionally, simply loves football, or is looking to develop their confidence and enjoy the game, our sessions are designed to help them grow. Our person-first approach means we see the child before the player — developing not only their football ability, but also their confidence, character, decision-making, teamwork and enjoyment of the game. We aim to nurture each player's individual strengths and potential, without taking away the individuality and natural talent that makes them unique.
The George Ndah Academy was established to bridge the gap between grassroots football and the professional game by providing young players with access to professional standards of youth football coaching, elite training methods and an environment where they can reach their full potential.
We recognise that every child develops at a different pace. Some players flourish early, while others require more time, encouragement and belief. Our commitment is to create an environment where every player is challenged, supported and inspired to become the very best version of themselves.
Whether a player's ambition is to join a professional academy, earn a scholarship, represent their school or grassroots club, or simply improve their game and build confidence, GNA provides the guidance, support and professional standards to help make those ambitions achievable.
"To pass on the knowledge, experience, professional standards and relationships gained throughout a lifetime in football — helping the next generation unlock their potential."

The Method
Futsal-based training — developing the complete player. Our technical development programme is built around the principles of futsal, a format of the game renowned for developing technically gifted, intelligent and creative footballers.
The smaller playing area and fast-paced nature of futsal challenges players to control the ball under pressure, make quicker decisions and develop confidence in tight spaces — essential qualities in the modern game. As players grow, we open the game up onto bigger pitches, allowing them to apply those technical skills in a more expansive environment and prepare for the demands of full-sided football. Every session is led by an experienced football training coach.

Professional football is played at high intensity. Our training environment develops the ability to perform when time and space are limited — preparing players for the demands of professional academy-level football, while encouraging every player to express themselves in 1v1 moments.
